Waterlane

Waterlane at Szafarnia 11 street in Gdańsk is a high-standard building with 148 residential apartments, and 16 storefronts on the ground floor intended for service and commercial use. There is an underground garage in the building. The investment is directly across from the Gdańsk marina.  Only a few minute walk separates residents from the famous Długa Street and the monuments of the Old Town. Residents can relax in the SPA center, where they can find an indoor swimming pool, wet and dry saunas and a gym. The body of the main building has been divided into 7 sections of different colors: 2 white, referring to the neighboring Marina, 2 brick-faced, corresponding to the historic buildings of Gdańsk's Old town,  and 3 glass sections.
