Waterlane Island

The Waterlane Island investment is located in the southern part of the Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów ) in the heart of Gdańsk. It has a residential and service character and was commissioned in 2019.  It is located in the building adjacent to the four historic granaries, forming a part of the frontage along the Stara Motława waterfront.  There are 98 luxurious residential and hotel apartments. Guests can use the SPA area in the building, including a swimming pool with a view of the river, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. There is a 24-hour reception in the lobby, and an observation deck on the top floor with a captivating view of the Gdańsk Old Town and the Motława River.
